疫情期间境外来广州必读（中文+英文）

　　致广大境外来穗、返穗朋友的一封信

　　A Letter to All Friends Coming to Guangzhou from Outside of mainlandChina

　　一、建议您第一时间联系住所的物业公司或所在社区获得当前有关防疫信息指引;若您工作单位在广州，请同时联系所在单位;请您在微信“穗康”小程序中从居住场所和工作单位两个方面都如实申报防疫信息，确保及时获取通行码，并在有需要的时候配合出示。

　　01、Please contact the management company of your building or theadministration office of your community as soon as possible for the most updatedinformation for the epidemic control and prevention. If you are employed inGuangzhou, please contact your employer as well. Please make your registrationand declaration through Suikang WeChat Mini Program from both your dwellingplace and workplace to generate your personal Suikang code. Show your Suikangcode for inspection as required.

　　二、如果您14天内有过在疫情严重国家、地区逗留活动经历(学习生活、劳务商旅、经停逗留居住史等)，防疫部门会根据相关规定要求您集中或居家医学观察，请您服从防疫部门的工作安排。

　　02、If you have returned to Guangzhou from a seriously affectedcountry/region (where you stayed for various reasons, including study,residence, labor service, business, travel, stopover, etc.) within the last 14days, you will be isolated at home or in a designated place for medicalobservation according to the applicable requirements. Please comply with thearrangement.

　　三、在穗期间，如果您有发烧、乏力、咳嗽等症状，请佩戴好口罩，尽快到最近的定点医院发热门诊排查诊疗。如有需要，可联系住所的物业公司或所在社区安排工作人员上门带您到指定医院进行相关检测。

　　03、During your stay in Guangzhou, if you experience a fever, weakness,cough, or other symptoms, please wear a mask and go to the nearest fever clinicof a designated COVID-19 hospital as soon as possible. If it is necessary, youmay also ask the management company of your building or the administrationoffice of your community to arrange one of their staff to take you to thedesignated COVID-19 hospital for testing.

　　四、如果到药店购买退烧、止咳类药物，请如实向店员报备有关信息。药店工作人员会为您测量体温、询问防疫相关信息时，请您配合并如实回答。

　　04、If you go to a pharmacy to buy medicines for your fever and cough, theshop assistants will check your temperature and ask for your relevantinformation for the prevention and control of COVID-19. Please cooperate andanswer the questions accurately and truthfully.

　　五、在穗期间必须做好自我防护，勤洗手、勤通风、不串门、不聚集、少外出，外出一定要佩戴好口罩，注意休息，注意营养，增强体质。

　　05、During your stay in Guangzhou, please pay attention to yourself-protection. Wash your hands frequently. Maintain proper ventilation. Avoidvisiting and gathering with other people. Minimize outdoor activities. Wear amask when you have to go out. Pay attention to rest and nutrition intake.Enhance your physical fitness.

　　六、保留和记录相关信息：您来穗的时间、方式、路径、交通工具等(航班号或车船次、车船号牌)、座位号等;近期(抵穗前2天和抵穗后14天内)每日的大致活动范围和接触人员范围。密切关注自己、同行者、共同生活人士以及近期接触人员的健康状况。

　　06、Keep the records of the following:

　　The time of your arrival in Guangzhou

　　The means and route of your transportation (the Flight /Train/Voyage No.,the vehicle and vessel license plate, and your seat No.)

　　Your daily activities, including the places you have been to and thepersons you have come into contact with, from 2 days before your arrival inGuangzhou to 14 days after your arrival in Guangzhou

　　Pay close attention to the health of your companions, roommates, personsyou recently contact with, and yourself.
